L ast year, we developed a little list with six of our favorite church websites built with Squarespace. You can read that list here: 6 STUNNING Church Websites Built with Squarespace.

Now we are back with thirteen more church websites that we LOVE that have also been built with Squarespace.

Squarespace is changing the way websites are being created. It is putting a demand on the industry and kicking things up a notch all for an incredibly low price.

If you are unfamiliar with Squarespace, here is the skinny: Squarespace markets itself as a website design platform that anyone can use, and it holds faithful to that claim. Squarespace also comes at a ridiculously affordable monthly/yearly price, making it an executive pastor’s dream.

When designing websites for nonprofits + businesses, I always recommend Squarespace to clients who are unable to afford a high price and need very little custom work.

What churches need Squarespace?

I would say any church that is looking for a straightforward and elegant website. If you want a landing page with a place to host sermon media + blog + a calendar, then Squarespace will be an excellent fit for you.

What church websites wouldn’t need Squarespace?

If your church’s website would require a lot of custom integration for your current applications, ChMS, live stream software, or you are producing a massive amount of content, then Squarespace is not for you. I find these churches are few and far between and the ones that are typically range in the 10K+ member range.

Who can design with Squarespace?

Pretty much anyone. Squarespace has a vibrant help section on their website that will allow anyone with the time to quickly learn how to create their site.

Is Squarespace mobile-responsive?

YES!
